About: Located in a leafy suburb of Manchester, the plot is infused with birch trees throughout the site. The redevelopment consists of five 2 bedroom apartments and a 3 bedroom penthouse. The hidden lower ground to the front consists of further parking and opens itself up with apartments to the rear. The circulation punctures the building from north to south with the use of steel cladding matching the fenestration throughout. Large openings to the rear offer views over the private garden to the north.
